Add or remove directors
Need to give someone a full overview without making them an administrator? Directors have a read-only permission to view all of the departments and bookings on the Wallchart, as well as being able to view all users' Calendars. They can also see the remaining allowance for all employees and Directors on the Pro plan can access the Insights page.
Making someone a director
Any admin user can give or take away director privileges on your account.
Head to USERS from the main menu, then click on the relevant employee.
The 'Director' option is at the bottom of the profile settings and is available for users with a registered email address. If the employee has admin status, untick that option first.
Tick the setting and click 'Save changes'.
Removing director permission
It's the exact opposite, head over to the same place and untick the Director box then click 'Save changes'.
