Print from Timetastic

We hope you don't mind us saying, but making a print is very much at odds with the ethos of Timetastic, and in many ways you'll reduce the benefits from an online and always up to date service.

In most organisations time off requests, cancellations and changes are happening constantly, and in Timetastic they are all reflected instantly. So if you print, you take a static record that is immediately out of date.

If you really do need to print any of the data then you can of course use the print screen function on your computer, but obviously the capabilities of your printer will also come into play.

We generally see that most organisations will find the online Wallchart, Calendar and availability through the Android and iPhone apps sufficient to provide regular and easy access to the data, in a form which is bang up to date.

You can also download the data into excel for additional analysis and reporting, you can print from excel too.

Many customers also find that feeding the data directly into their existing calendars (such as Outlook or Google) also helps to alleviate the need for print copies.
