It comes up from time to time - does Timetastic calculate the Bradford Factor?

The Bradford Factor is a controversial topic. Allegedly developed in conjunction with Bradford University School of Management in the 1980's - but even they won't confirm that.

Where did it come from? Or are Bradford Uni keen to distance themselves?

The tide is turning against the Bradford Factor. We're certainly not fans.

Too much is missed when you rely on quantitive measures, you don't uncover what's really going on. It leads to people coming into work sick. At worst it's potentially discriminatory. 

That's why you won't see the Bradford Factor in Timetastic.
