It comes up from time to time - does Timetastic calculate an absenteeism score such as the Bradford Factor.
Unfortunately the Bradford Factor seems to be a somewhat controversial topic and not necessarily suited to all organisations and employees.
Hence we feel it would be wrong for Timetastic to make and display that calculation across the board.
