Published and unpublished shifts

Here's how to tell the difference between a shift that has been published and one that is still in draft.

If your employees can't see a shift you thought you'd assigned to them, here's how to check whether the shift is still in draft or has been published.

1. Draft shift

A draft shift will have a dotted line around it. This means that it's not published and not yet visible to your employees. You'll also see a pencil icon in the right-hand corner of the shift, to show it's unpublished.

2. Published shift

If the outline of the shift has a solid line, this means that it has been published.

The eye in the right-hand corner shows whether the employee has seen the shift or not.
