To give your employees access to the latest version of the Rota, you just need to click the pink 'Publish' button in the top right corner.
Important: Publishing shifts will send a notification to all relevant employees, letting them know that their rota was updated.
By default, all shifts are in draft mode. This is shown by the dotted lines around the shift and the pencil icon in the top right corner. Once a shift is published, the dotted lines disappear the pencil is replaced by a crossed out eye.
Tip 1 - Use filtering to publish specific shifts
You can use the filters to only publish the specific shifts you're ready for employees to see. So if you've finished the entire week's rota for a specific position, you'll be able to publish only those, by ticking the box next to the position in the filters on the left. If no filters are ticked, the entirety of the rota will be published.
For more help on using filters, please see our guide here.
Tip 2 - Select specific shifts
You can select specific shifts to be published with the selection tool. See our help guide here on how to use the selection tool.
