Need to find out who changed something on the Rota? The activity log shows you what was changed, when it happened and who made the change.
How to find the activity log
From the Rota tab:
Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the rota
Select Activity Log
You'll then see a record of the changes made to the rota, including:
Shift creation
Shift changes
Copies
Transfers
Publishing
Deleted shifts
Find a specific activity
Looking for something particular? You can search the activity log to narrow things down by manager or date.
This is useful if you're trying to work out who made a change on a particular day, rather than scrolling through the whole log.
