You might find you're unable to see certain employees in your Rota, and there's several reasons why this might happen.
Conflicting filters
The first thing to check is whether you have any active filters on the left-hand side of your Rota.
Also check your browser's zoom settings, as zooming in too much can sometimes hide filters or other elements of your page.
Make sure to scroll to the bottom of the list. Clearing all applied filters can often reset your visibility and show employees who weren't previously appearing in the Rota.
Example: If I filter the position 'Service' and try to find my employee David Fremont who only has the position 'Cashier', I won't see him.
So I need to remove my position filter and he'll be visible.
The Rota shows employees based on the location you select. If you can't see an employee, check you're viewing the correct location. Switch between these from your drop down to see employees allocated to the alternative location(s).
You can check the positions and locations assigned to your employees by going to their profile and viewing their 'Roles and positions' section.
Archived employee
The other thing to check is whether your employee has been archived.
Head to 'HR' from your main men
Select the 'Employees' submenu
If you can't find the employee's name in the list, click on the 'Archived' tab.
If you'd like to reactivate them, click the three small dots to the right of their name
Click 'Reactivate'
Rota date range
When an employee is added to Rota & Time Clock, they won't be visible against the dates prior to their employment start date.
So if an employee started on 15th April for example, they won't be visible in the week 7th - 13th April.
Just alter the date range to select the week they started, then the employee will appear.
To check your employee's start date, go to their profile and look under the 'Employment' section.
Employee hidden until start date
If an employee has been added to Rota & Time Clock prior to their start date, there's a setting to hide them from the Rota until that date. To edit this setting, go to the employee's profile and look under their 'Employment' section. There's a tick box to select 'Hidden in rota until hire' which can be edited if needed.
Employee setting
In addition to the above, there's an additional option within the employee's profile settings that hides them from the Rota and Attendance pages. Make sure that this setting is switched off by heading to the 'Settings' section of their profile.
Supervisors and managers
If you've checked through all of the above steps and still don't see the employee, go to the HR > Employees page and check the employee appears in the list.
If they're not there, you aren't the location manager or position supervisor and you'll need to contact your account administrator who can adjust your permissions.

To prevent or resolve visibility issues:
Check your browser's zoom settings to make sure your Rota filters haven't been hidden.
Reset filters to refresh visibility of all employees in Rota.
Double-check roles and permissions have been set correctly to allow the correct visibility and access.
