If your mail server repeatedly rejects Timetastic emails to one of your addresses, our email provider will place a block. Nothing further will go to that email address.
We'll let you know if this happens, by sending an email to your admin users.
Assuming you received one of those emails then these are the steps to take:
Check the email address closely. Most of the time it's a minor typo in the email address.
Send an email to the address to check it's setup correctly. We sometimes see new recruits setup on Timetastic before their email address has been configured. We send send the welcome email to a non-existent address, and the address ending up on the block list.
Once you've done the 2 steps above, and assuming you're still not receiving emails then contact us and we'll take a look at our email logs.
