Email notifications

No need to keep logging in - these email notifications will give you the heads up you need.

They're all under 'My preferences'. Just click your profile image in the top left corner:

You can choose to receive a summary of absences for the week ahead, or just a summary of today.

The emails you'll receive on Timetastic's standard plan cover the department you are in only and the Pro plan gives managers and administrators additional oversight.

If an employee has a date of birth set in their profile, we'll send an email to their approver three days before with a reminder that their birthday is coming up.

As an approver, you can turn this alert on or off in your preferences.

Timetastic Pro has a totally unique Burnout Board to help you keep a healthy and productive workforce.

The burnout snapshot is a quarterly email for admins and managers, which highlights employees on the Burnout Board that you might need to talk to about taking some time off.

It'll also help you avoid that issue of everyone stacking up their annual leave until year end, before they lose it.

Here's where the option is switched on or off.

Employees shouldn't have a negative balance in Timetastic but it can sometimes happen. This monthly email will alert managers and approvers of any staff in this position, giving them the opportunity to check or amend the employee's allowance or bookings.

To help get you up and running with Timetastic, we send emails on the essential and most popular features, along with a few tips and tricks. We'll also keep you posted on general updates and news.

If a booking request is still hanging around waiting to be approved after a week, we'll send a handy reminder to the manager or approver. This is fully automated within Timetastic so isn't something you need to switch on.
