Sorry to hear you're having problems getting into Timetastic.

I can't sign in

So you are trying to add a new user, and Timetastic says they already exist, and yet they don't seem to exist on your account.

With Timetastic being heavily reliant on emails, occasionally we get situations where they don't get through to your inbox.

Email delivery problems

If your mail server repeatedly rejects Timetastic emails to one of your addresses, our email provider will place a block. Nothing further will go to that email address.
