If you've been trialling Rota & Time Clock and you're ready to make the switch from Timetastic, you can complete your migration in just a few steps.
During the migration, your Timetastic account will be moved to Rota & Time Clock, and your employees will continue using the same login details.
Before switching across, please read through our Rota & Time Clock FAQ's here.
Step 1: Go to Billing
Sign in to Rota & Time Clock and go to Billing.
Click Complete migration.
Step 2: Review your subscription
You'll see a summary of your monthly subscription, along with the option to sync your latest Timetastic data.
The sync will replace your leave-related data in Rota & Time Clock with the latest data from Timetastic. All other data will remain unchanged.
We recommend leaving this option enabled. It will transfer any changes made in Timetastic during your trial, such as:
New leave bookings
Changes to existing bookings
Updated employee information
This helps make sure your Rota & Time Clock account is fully up to date before the migration is completed.
Step 3: Complete the migration
When you're ready, click Migrate.
During the migration:
Your Timetastic data will be synced one final time
The account owner will receive a full backup report of the Timetastic account by email for safekeeping
Your subscription will be moved to Rota & Time Clock
The account will be unavailable while the sync is in progress, which usually only takes a few minutes. We'll send you an email as soon as it's finished.
What happens next?
Web users
Anyone who signs in through the Timetastic website will be automatically redirected to Rota & Time Clock and signed in using their existing account.
Mobile app users
Employees using the Timetastic mobile app will need to:
Download the Rota & Time Clock app from the Apple App Store or Google Play
Sign in using the same email address and password they used for Timetastic
Their account and data will already be there waiting for them.
Note: Once you've completed the migration, your Timetastic account is automatically closed.
