If you are already using Rota & Time Clock at another workplace To effectively manage multiple accounts, ensure you use the same email address for all organisations. This is a crucial requirement because Rota & Time Clock links profiles across organisations using email as a unique identifier.
Provide the new workplace with the same email you are using
You will receive a confirmation email upon invitation
You must connect to your account and accept the invitation under the invitations tab
Once you have accepted the invitation, you can seamlessly switch between organisations by selecting the organisation name in the top-left corner of the interface.
Your employers cannot see the rotas, availability, time-offs and timesheet that you have at the other employers. If linked correctly, employees can switch between accounts effortlessly without logging out, streamlining multi-organisation management.

If you need your rota, your employer can print if for you
If you need your PIN for the Time Clock, ask your manager
