If you're regularly assigning open shifts, pinning them to the top of the screen keeps them within easy reach as you scroll through employees or positions, making scheduling quicker and more efficient.
Simply tick on the 'Freeze open shifts row' filter, under the 'Display' filter to the left of your Rota.
This filter can also be combined with the 'Group by position' filter to see the open shifts assigned to a specific position.
