You can sync your Rota & Time Clock schedule with your preferred calendar app, including Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar.
Before you begin
Please note that calendar providers may take up to 24 hours to process updates. During this time, you may notice temporary differences between the shifts shown in Rota & Time Clock and those displayed in your calendar app.
How to set up calendar sync
The setup process varies depending on the device or calendar platform you're using:
On an iPhone or iPad (iOS)
Follow this guide for syncing your rota with Apple Calendar on iOS.
On an Android device
Use this guide for syncing your rota with your Android calendar app.
On a computer
Follow this guide for syncing with desktop calendar applications such as Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar (iCal).
Once the sync is set up, your published shifts will automatically appear in your chosen calendar application.
