If rota sharing has been enabled by your manager, you can view your colleagues’ published shifts in Rota & Time Clock. If you can't see colleague rotas, check with your manager that rota sharing is switched on and that the rota has been published.
View colleagues’ rotas on the mobile app
Tap the Rota menu option
Make sure you're on the Me tab at the top of the screen
Tap Colleagues
You’ll be able to see the published shifts of your colleagues, depending on your permissions.
View colleagues’ rotas on the web app
Click Home from the main menu to see your Overview
Click on the 'Colleagues rotas' option
You can then view your colleagues' published shifts directly from the rota.
See who's working at the same time as you
Want to know who else is on shift?
Simply click on a shift in the rota to see who is scheduled to work at the same time. This can be helpful for coordinating work, planning handovers, or knowing who to contact during a shift.
