Updated over a week ago

Here's an overview on what each one represents, for more details on each feature you can click on the headers.

Locked dates:

The padlock shows a date is locked. This will be visible to everyone in the organisation.

Work anniversaries:

The medal/badge icon represents an employee's work anniversary. You'll see this if the employee has a start date set in their profile and it's visible to the employee, their manager, approver and administrators.

Birthdays:

We celebrate birthdays with cake! The icon is shown when an employee has their date of birth set in their profile. It's only visible to the employee, their manager, approver and administrators.

Leave Types:

Any of these icons are assignable to leave types. Administrators can set the colour and icon in SETTINGS>LEAVE TYPES.

Public Holidays:

The striped calendar icon shows public holidays. You can click on the day for details of the specific holiday. Once switched on, everyone can see public holidays.

Leave date

The arrow symbol shows an employee's future leave date and is visible to everyone leading up to and including this date. After the leave date, the employee's profile is archived and will no longer be visible on the Wallchart.

Priority / hierarchy

Only one icon can be shown on a single day, so if it's your birthday but the date is locked - you'll see a padlock rather than a cake. The priority of icons shown is as follows:

  1. Locked date

  2. Work anniversary

  3. Birthday

  4. Leave date

  5. Leave type

  6. Bank holiday

  7. Day of the month
