We'll also send an email to their approver three days before with a reminder that their birthday is coming up.
As an approver, you can turn this alert on or off in your preferences.
To get to 'My preferences' - click your profile image at the top right in Timetastic.
Under 'Email notifications' toggle birthday reminders 'On'.
