Sorry to hear you're having problems getting into Timetastic.
There's a few common causes to log in problems and they tend to be easily resolved. Here's the most common situations and how to fix them:
1. Email address not recognised?
There's a few things that can happen here, a typo when you signed up, maybe you have multiple email addresses and you're not sure which one you used.
The way to sort this is to contact your admin user or department manager on Timetastic. They can look on their USERS list and see what email address you are registered on Timetastic with.
Please understand, for privacy and data security reasons we can't give out email addresses of Timetastic users.
2. Password not working?
If you don't know your password then do a password reset from here: https://app.timetastic.co.uk/Account/ForgotPassword
Passwords in Timetastic are fully encrypted and we have no access to them, for your own security a password reset is the only mechanism.
3. Password reset not working?
In some situations you might end up getting an email from Timetastic saying "Failed Password Reset, your email address is not registered with Timetastic".
If this happens please reach out to your admin user or department manager on Timetastic. They can locate you in their USERS list and check exactly what email address is registered on Timetastic against your account.
In most cases it's usually down to your email address being incorrectly updated or your account archived on Timetastic, these things do occasionally happen.
