A new type of alert is now available to help you better plan the rotas of your employees aged 16 and under. Here's how to disable this feature if you don't need it.

To disable the labour law alert for employees aged 16 and under, please follow the steps below!

1- Go to the “HR” tab - “Employees”

2- Select the name of the employee in question

3- Go to the “Settings” subsection of the profile

4- “Disable rotar labour laws alerts for employees aged 16 and under”

5- Save the change

Via the administrator account, it is possible to temporarily disable the alert until a specific date (e.g., September 15, 2025).

To do this, follow the steps below:

1- Click on the “Settings” tab

2- Click on the “Rota Management” section

3- Go to the “Rota Alerts” subsection

4- Select the “Disable until” option

5- Click on “Save”
