A fixed terminal lets employees clock in and out using their PIN. You can set one up on either a computer or a tablet, depending on what works best for your workplace.
Computer terminal
Runs in a web browser
Uses a browser cookie to recognise the terminal
If browser cookies are deleted, the terminal will need to be set up again
Tablet terminal
Uses the Rota & Time Clock app
Includes photo capture, which takes a snapshot when employees clock in or out
Photos are saved in the Clock Log for reference
Note: Only admins and managers can set up a terminal
