The rota has a handy little hour meter under each employee's name. It shows the total number of hours they've been rota'd for the week, so you can quickly spot when someone is getting too many or too few hours.
For this feature to work, employees need to have a minimum and maximum number of preferred hours set in their availability.
What do the colours mean?
The colour of the hour meter gives you a quick overview of how an employee's planned hours compare with their preferred hours:
Grey: No preferred number of hours has been set for the employee.
Green: The employee's planned hours are within their preferred range.
Yellow: The employee's planned hours are outside their preferred range.
Red: The employee has more hours than their preferred maximum.
This gives you a quick way to spot potential overtime and adjust the rota before publishing it.
