If you're a data subject:
Subject access requests should be sent direct to your employer (the data controller), who in turn will seek assistance from us, Timetastic Ltd (as data processor) in complying with that request.
So please contact your employer directly.
If you represent a company using Timetastic:
Access to your data is provided via the web and mobile applications. Both you and your users can login and see relevant user data. You can also download Excel reports of your data, which are particularly useful when it comes to supplying information to a data subject who is no longer an employee or doesn't have login access to Timetastic.
You can also edit, rectify or delete data when you are logged into Timetastic.
The information you find from logging into Timetastic and the Excel reports should be sufficient to allow you to complete the subject access request, but if you have any concerns or need assistance please contact our support team.
