There are several reasons why you might be unable to log in. This guide explains the most common causes and how to resolve them.
My login details aren't recognised
There's a few things that can happen here - maybe you have multiple email addresses and you're not sure which one has been used. Or it could be your manager hasn't sent your invitation yet.
What to do:
Check with your manager which email address has been registered to your account
Make sure you've received and accepted your invitation
Check your password
If you're definitely using the correct email address, the password may be incorrect.
Try the following:
Check for typing mistakes
Try another password if you use multiple passwords
Reset your password using the Forgot password option on the login page
Note: Password reset emails can take up to 5 minutes to arrive.
I'm not receiving the password reset email
If you've requested a password reset but haven't received the email, check the following:
Look in your junk or spam folder
Wait at least 5 minutes for the email to arrive
Make sure you've accepted your invitation to join the organisation
If you've checked all of the above and still can't access your account, contact your manager for assistance.
I'm being asked for an invitation code
If you're logging in for the first time and are prompted for an invitation code, you'll need to get this from your manager. They can give you the code needed to complete your account setup.
