Use password rules to help keep your account secure and make sure users create stronger passwords.
You can set the minimum password length, choose which types of characters are required, and decide whether users need to change their password on a regular basis.
Update your password settings
Go to Settings
Select Data and Security
Choose your password requirements:
Minimum password length
Minimum number of uppercase letters
Minimum number of numbers
Minimum number of special characters
Choose how often users need to change their password:
Never
Every 30 days
Every 90 days
Every 180 days
Click Save to apply your changes.
Any new passwords will need to meet the rules you've set.
