Rota & Time Clock allows employees to quickly access a library of documents shared with all employees. This library can be accessed via the mobile app, and the article below shows you how to find it.
Steps to access documents :
To access documents shared on the mobile app:
From the home screen, click on your initials (or profile picture) in the top right corner
Click on “My Documents”
Documents available for the entire company will appear under the "Received" section with the label “Team library”
