Timetastic Pro gives you greater depth in the user profile - you can store employee contact details, emergency contact, and payroll ID.

Contact & emergency details

Perfect for record keeping, disaster recovery and emergency situations. You now have contact details for your full team to hand - on your mobile phone or any computer you can gain access to, anytime.

Payroll ID

If you use absence data in your payroll process, you can now download the excel reports to include your own payroll ID, so you have a direct cross check with your own systems, no ambiguity when you have people with the same or similar names.

Here's what your Timetastic Pro contact record looks like...

Employees can add or update their phone number, address and emergency contact details within their own Timetastic accounts.

Only admins and department managers can add or edit an employee's job title and payroll ID.
