If you can't login to your Timetastic account then fear not, here's how you get back in:
1. Don't know your password:
If you don't know your password then do a password reset from here: https://app.timetastic.co.uk/Account/ForgotPassword
2. Failed Password Reset:
This is applicable when you try to reset your password and receive an email saying "Failed Password Reset, your email address is not registered with Timetastic".
You'll need to contact your admin user or department boss on Timetastic. They can navigate to their USERS listing and find exactly what email address is registered on Timetastic against your account.
In most cases it's usually down to your email address being incorrectly updated or your profile or incorrectly archived on Timetastic by your admin user or department boss, these things do occasionally happen.
