If your leave hasn't been approved yet, you can send a reminder to the approver to have them look at it again.
In the top right, if you click on the bell icon, you'll see the notifications area with all of your holidays that are pending approval.
Click on the leave you wish to send a reminder for.
The leave details will appear on your Wall Chart and you can click the 'Send Reminder' link.
An email is sent to your approver, asking them to look at the booking and approve or decline it. You can however, only send one reminder email.
Admin users and approvers
If you're an Admin user, a department boss or an approver you'll see a slightly different notifications area. The notification count now includes your pending approvals and bookings.
Timetastic shows how many approvals are specifically for you and (if you're an Admin user) how many are for other approvers. Your pending bookings will show underneath and you can send reminders as normal.
Department Bosses and Approvers see just your approvals (and any leave requests).
Admin users will see a breakdown of all approvals.
If you click into the requests, a summary is provided, sectioned by Approver.
