Do you have a phone number?
We provide unlimited email support for our customers, we don't provide any support by phone sorry.
The main reason we don't do troubleshooting over the phone is that we cannot verify account ownership verbally, so we can't provide answers specific to your account. Also, sharing useful links and instructions is much easier via email and less prone to error.
Our support team are all full time Timetastic employees and in most situations you'll get a response from our Lead Engineer Matt, or our Founder Gary. We very much believe that your questions are best solved by those who truly understand Timetastic.
If this is unfamiliar then give it a try, we generally respond within a few hours during the normal working week, in most cases much quicker.
