Troubleshooting G Suite Setup
When you install Timetastic from the G Suite Marketplace, both your G Suite account and Timetastic are configured. Sometimes, hiccups can occur, and the setup doesn't go quite according to plan. If you're having some difficulties with setup, we've got some troubleshooting tips for you here.
1) Make sure you're logged in as a GSuite user.
The Timetastic marketplace app doesn't work if you're trying to install it and you're currently logged in with a personal google account - it only works for GSuite user accounts. If you're currently logged in with a personal google account - log out your google account and try again.
2) Try the Timetastic Setup Again
If you haven't already, try to launch the Timetastic setup again. From the G Suite Marketplace, click the green "launch" button to configure Timetastic with your G Suite account
3) Check API Access
Timetastic, like most marketplace apps, needs API Access to your G Suite account. Check that this is enabled by following these instructions from Google.
4) Check your G Suite Permissions
You need to be a domain admin to install Timetastic with G Suite. If you're not the admin who originally clicked to install it from the marketplace, then ask whoever did install it to complete the setup by following step 1 above.
Problems Connecting to an Existing Timetastic Account
When you install Timetastic from the G Suite Marketplace, Timetastic uses your G Suite email address, and will look for an existing Timetastic account with an admin that has the same email address. If it finds one, it will ask if you want to connect your existing Timetastic account to G Suite.
If you're having issues connecting to an existing account, then you need to check that your G Suite email address matches an email address for an admin user in your existing Timetastic account.
