Annual leave allowance is applied to your employees when you add them to Timetastic. You can amend or update these allowances for individuals or in bulk at any time.
Head over to the USERS page.
For a single employee:
From here, you can click the employee you'd like to edit.
Under the Allowance tab, click into the Allowance field and update accordingly.
Click 'Save changes'.
Important note: Updating the current year's allowance won't automatically update next year's allowance. This needs to be edited separately. Timetastic automatically allocates the allowance set for next year to all future years.
You can also view or edit your employee's previous leave years or their next, by clicking the leave year drop down.
Updating in bulk:
To amend annual allowances for more than one employee, tick the boxes on the left hand side or the very top box to select everyone. An 'Options' menu will appear at the top of the page, select 'Change allowance' from the drop down.
Select the leave year from the drop down, enter the allowance in days and/or hours, then click 'Save'.
Note: As standard, annual allowances are given up front at the start of the leave year and are available for employees to use at any time. Accrued leave is available on Timetastic Pro.
